Not much Venom versus Carnage at all. 'Twas all about Toxin, Venom's grandsymbiotechild, Carnage's symbiotechild.
Spidey was the usual annoying Scooby Doo-ish "meddling kid" who gets in the way.
Toxin is cool though. I mean, with a face like that, not to mention a grandpa like Venom and a papa like Carnage, who'd bet he be a nice superhero? Uhh maybe someday he'd go ballistic like Hulk or something pero I'm cherishing the moment now.
